3.3 One Account Per User

You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, gain unfair advantages, or abuse the points system is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban of all associated accounts.

4. Site Points System

4.1 Nature of Points

Our Service utilizes a points-based system ("Site Points") where users can earn points through various activities on our platform, including but not limited to:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the value of rewards you have successfully redeemed in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fortunate.GG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) your activities on third-party gambling platforms; or (e) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

13.1 Termination by Us

13.2 Termination by You

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all accumulated Site Points will be forfeited and you will lose access to any unredeemed rewards. We are not obligated to provide any compensation for forfeited points or rewards. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@fortunate.gg and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where Fortunate.GG operates. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on our Service or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
